Generally, when wishing to sealcoat a new asphalt pavement surface, it’s best to have work done within the first year. Otherwise, factors that impact deterioration will already be hard at work! Afterward, we recommend resealing pavement every two to three years, or sooner, depending on the wear and tear your asphalt undergoes.
